These terms govern your use of Carpool, a private-link ride coordination board from SympifyApps.

The service
Carpool lets a trusted group publish ride offers, claim seats, leave ride requests, and share access through one private link or QR code.
Private-link access
There are no accounts or roles. Anyone with the complete link can read and change the board. You are responsible for sharing it only with the intended group.
Acceptable use
Do not use Carpool for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, commercial ride brokerage, rights-infringing, or safety-critical activity, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Features may change and inactive data may be removed.
Travel responsibility
Carpool is a coordination aid, not driver verification, insurance, navigation, emergency communication, or proof that a ride will occur. The group remains responsible for travel decisions and direct confirmation.
